I do standup, character sketch, improv comedy and site specific performance.
My standup helps me tell stories about my life and frame them within society and history at large. My characters tend to be R-rated.
Gaulier school graduates have called me a clown and I don’t think they were trying to insult me.
I’ve performed in London and the UK, and internationally in Portugal, Amsterdam and NYC. I perform in English and Portuguese, and speak even more languages, and like a challenge.
I’ve developed site specific performances based in historical archives or objects for Duckie and The British Museum.
I’ve performed at the international festivals Del Close Marathon NYC, Das Improv Festival Berlin, and Improv Fest Ireland Dublin.
I’ve trained at the Upright Citizens Brigade in NYC and The Brooklyn Comedy Collective, and I’m a Soho Theatre alumni.
